 We are a direct care practice and do not bill insurance.

  • A personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and goals.
  • Clear discussion of all treatment options — including advanced therapies and transparent direct care pricing.
  • Ample time for your questions — no rushed visits.

Please note:
However, we are happy to provide you with a superbill at the completion of your visit that you can submit to your commercial insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
